Tattoo Idea 1

"Cosmically-entangled Love Story"

TLDR

I would like a tattoo that is about a love story of cosmic proportions. Something "hauntingly beautiful" that is space-themed or an abstract space concept (Black holes, wormholes, skeleton astronauts, etc). Something like a tarot card? After looking at your website, I think I am wanting this to fall within your "<4hr session" range in terms of scale, complexity, and time, but I understand that this can fluctuate. I'm quite open-minded; I want to lean on your creative inspiration and interpretation as much as possible.

Keywords:

Cosmic, Entangled, Love, Space, The Night, Dark Matter

Dreams, Things Morphed into other Things, Abstract, Faces but Weird

The Concept

I am wanting a tattoo that encompasses the thoughts and feelings of the following quotes from the song "Euclid" by Sleep Token. This song is linked below if you want to take a listen and get the vibe of what it's about.

Yet in reverse you were all my symmetry / a parallel I would lay my life on.

So if your wings won't find you heaven, I will bring it down like an ancient bygone.

@ 1 minute 12 seconds into the track

The night belongs to you.

@ 2 minutes 40 seconds into the track - this is the culmination

The whites of your eyes, turn black in lowlight

In turning divine

We tangle endlessly, like lovers entwined

The Idea

I'm going into this with less of a total vision and more of a "feeling." I have a general direction I would like for this but I want to lean on you to take inspiration from these quotes as much as possible!

My initial idea is "2 beings entangled together through space and time;" ideally telling a "love story" that is both hauntingly beautiful and timeless, literally floating through time and space. It doesn't have to be that exactly, but that is the inspiration for this idea in my head if that helps get in the headspace.

Bonus points if it's somehow within the realm of some of the band's song artwork (shown below). Again, doesn't have to be, but wanted to present you with a vibe and let your mind wander...

The size of the tattoo is up to you as well. Could be small, could be medium-sized. Ideally, I would not like for it to be bigger than 7in tall x 4in wide (My forearm is 10in long, from elbow to wrist, and my upper arm is 12in long, from top of shoulder to elbow). So maybe within the scale of some of the artwork you did for Inktober?

Placement & References

I'm not particularly sold on placement, but I would like it to be anywhere on my right arm or lower right leg. The last few images below are of those areas on my body.

Also below are several tattoos I've found on your portfolio that I think are amazing. The tanned background images are the song artwork from the band the quotes are from; Sleep Token. Their artwork reminds me of some of the work you would do and I thought it would be a good fit to include.

This is straight up just rad, the intense darkness is awesome; like a swirling void.

I like the concept of the skeleton lovers in a shared casket. I find that hauntingly beautiful.

Another one of my favorites. The contrast between the foreground and background elements is incredible.

I dig the motion and fluidity of this one. Good scale as well

I had to include this as a reference to your style, it's wicked cool. However, I wouldn't want this tattoo to be larger than this.

I like the contrast with the dark and heavy armor with the star "flash" in the middle, makes it punchy.

I'm not opposed to a portrait or a side profile of a face, but I like the uniqueness of the bird nest for the hair of this one.

I like the complexity of this one, but this is probably too big for what I'm looking for.

A dark/death angel from "the other side"

Rebirth of an individual, the artwork of the song "Euclid"

Mechanical, spider-themed take on a blinded, nobel guard.

Medevil hunter body with a curious, Resident Evil-inspired box head.

My inner right arm. The existing umbrella tattoo is about 3in x 3in, for scale

My outer right arm.

I understand if something like this is not in your wheelhouse, regardless, I appreciate your time!

Here are a few other tracks I love that you can listen to for any inspiration.
